A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Tallahassee, FL, offering a fully remote position. The firm represents institutional clients in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation matters. This role focuses on the aggressive management of delinquent loans and complex legal resolutions, leveraging technology to provide clients with a competitive edge in curing or resolving these matters.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.



• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate logistics with paralegals and legal assistants.



• Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales, including advance preparation.



• Collaborate with state team members and actively participate in weekly state meetings.



• Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Supervising Attorney to discuss case progress.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in South Carolina and in good standing in all relevant jurisdictions.



• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to continual change.



• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• Work effectively in a congenial, team-oriented manner.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
