The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial transactions, tax, reorganizations, contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.

Duties

• Manage mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Draft and review contracts and commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to develop legal strategies.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently and independently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Missouri bar and in good standing.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and productively.

Education
