Duties

• Manage a rigorous caseload independently.
• Draft complex opinions, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct file analysis and take depositions.
• Interview witnesses and handle multiple matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Indiana Bar and in good standing.
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in general liability, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and vehicle liability.
• Strong academics and excellent writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
