Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Health Law Associate to join its established practice in New Haven, CT, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health law, particularly in representing healthcare providers in regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters.

Duties

• Represent healthcare providers in regulatory and transactional matters.
• Draft and review contracts and compliance documents.
• Advise on state and federal health law regulations, including HIPAA, Stark, and anti-kickback statutes.
• Assist with licensure and accreditation processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of health law experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal health law regulations.
• Top academic credentials and strong writing skills.
• Eligibility for admission to the Connecticut bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
