Duties

• Evaluate legal issues and draft pleadings and motions.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Manage case strategy from inception through resolution.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Appear for remote hearings, conferences, and mediations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil litigation.
• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and the CCP.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing complex issues and developing strategic solutions.
• At least 10 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfort working remotely with strong time management skills.
• Experience with legal technology and interest in AI use.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
