Duties

• Represent clients in loan originations, refinancings, and restructurings.
• Handle preferred equity financings and warehouse lending structures.
• Manage CRE repurchase facilities and note-on-note transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.
• Oversee due diligence and transaction closings.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice.
