Duties

Requirements

• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.
• At least two years of relevant experience in patent law.
• Experience in a law firm is desirable.

Education

• Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Certifications

• Admitted to the patent bar.
