Duties

• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• Multiple State Bar Licenses preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of workers compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases through the full life cycle.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the FL State Bar Association.
