A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its Lincoln, NE office. Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop legal strategies, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases to secure benefits for clients.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and collaborating with case managers.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license in good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and successfully managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills, with strong writing and organizational abilities.



• Be self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in an office-based environment that values collaboration.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).

• Strong ability to manage a high-volume practice and stay busy in a fast-paced environment.



• Proven track record of resolving cases and achieving measurable results.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
