Duties

• Manage and advance personal injury cases through all litigation stages, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, serving as a trusted guide through the legal process and insurance negotiations.
• Lead and mentor support staff within a pod structure, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Proactively strategize case development to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining high standards of professional excellence.

Requirements

• Active state bar certification in Texas.
• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury litigation or related legal practice.
• Strong litigation experience with a proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Certifications

• State bar certification in Texas.
