Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a major law firm.
• Experience focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
• Exceptional client service and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Admission to the state bar of the office location is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
