Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions and legal documents.
• Handle BOLI and EEOC charges and investigations.
• Review employee handbooks and policies.
• Participate in litigation, including discovery and depositions.
• Train and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of employment law experience.
• Litigation experience, at least as a second chair.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Oregon or Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Interest in labor law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Oregon or Washington.
