This role is ideal for attorneys with 1 to 3 years of experience in general civil litigation, offering an opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters including business, real estate, contract, tort, insurance, and probate litigation.

Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to deliver comprehensive litigation solutions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery requests and organize document productions.
• Assist with hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research on various issues and regulations.
• Interface with clients to address concerns and offer strategic advice.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in general civil litigation preferred.
• Knowledge of California civil litigation laws and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to client service.
• Ability to meet billable hour expectations and work in-person.
