Duties

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis and damages evaluation.
• Draft, review, and present demand packages to insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates.
• Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and internal teams to drive case progression.
• Evaluate cases for litigation readiness and partner with litigation attorneys when necessary.
• Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with Nevada laws and procedures.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 0-5 years of experience in personal injury or related litigation.
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury preferred; candidates with defense backgrounds considered.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Understanding of insurance claims practices and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nevada Bar membership.
