The position involves collaboration across various offices and departments, reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Duties

• Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and support technology integration, including generative AI.
• Design and develop AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Advance the TCG deal data dashboard as a strategic tool.
• Enhance practice content for efficient legal service delivery.
• Educate legal professionals on client-facing solutions and firm resources.
• Develop and maintain case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm.
• Experience with private offerings, venture capital, and emerging company transactions.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and manage workflows.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI opportunities.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

• Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
