A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Associate Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing exclusively on immigration law. The position requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

Duties

• Develop an expert-level understanding of client industries and firm services.
• Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Research and address complex immigration issues.
• Prepare and file cases, developing strategies for complex matters.
• Communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business development.

Requirements

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 3-5 years of experience at the Associate level.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM)

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State or Washington DC
