Duties include: Preparing pleadings and filing documents with the courts and/or administrative agencies, including e-filing; Scheduling depositions; Assisting attorneys/paralegals with trial preparation; Interacting with clients; Transcribing dictation; Composing routine business correspondence; Scheduling/arranging meetings; Coordination of attorneys’ calendars; Maintaining files, including opening/closing of client files; Coordinating travel arrangements; Coordinating monthly client billing with Accounting Department; Other similar administrative duties.
