Duties

• Prepare cases for trial in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Engage in pre-trial discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently.
• Travel as required for case preparation and trials.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing.
• Experience in civil defense litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability is advantageous.
• Strong research, writing, and trial preparation skills.
• Ability to manage files with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
