Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior-level Business and Commercial Litigation Attorney in Beverly Hills, CA. This role offers significant hands-on training across a diverse client base, involving complex commercial, intellectual property, trust, estates, trade secrets, environmental, and real estate litigation. Experience in business litigation, contract review, and negotiation is highly desirable.

Duties

• Handle commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Represent clients in various business and commercial disputes, including contract disputes and trade secret litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; prepare and argue motions in state and federal court.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from a top-tier law school.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
