A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its growing practice in Columbus, GA. This role focuses on direct client advocacy and case resolution without the burden of business development.

Duties

• Represent clients through all stages of Social Security Disability claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop legal strategies, compile evidence, and build compelling cases to secure favorable outcomes.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license in good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Show strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
