Duties

• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations on employment-related matters.
• Provide legal counsel on human resources management, employment contracts, and employee benefits.
• Conduct training sessions for supervisors, managers, and employees on employment law.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment law experience.
• Experience with class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters.
• Knowledge of Federal and California state labor and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and a Document Management System.
• Experience with AI tools such as Co-Counsel, Co-Pilot, and NetDocuments.
• Must work in-office for five days during the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Education

• Strong academic credentials from a top law school preferred.

Certifications

• Admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar.
