Duties

• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence.
• Prepare and argue discovery motions and other law-and-motion matters.
• Prepare for and take depositions of parties and witnesses.
• Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution or trial.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Professional, aggressive, and strategic approach to litigation.
• Civil litigation experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
