Duties

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions.
• Manage written discovery and drive follow-up.
• Take and defend depositions with strong preparation.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate.
• Maintain momentum across multiple active matters.
• Partner with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed approach to case management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Careful attention to legal documentation and procedural requirements.

Education

• Admission to practice law in California, in good standing.

Certifications

• Trial preparation experience preferred.
