Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior patent litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its office in Boise, ID, with a preference for the Denver office. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation, including federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB.

Duties

• Assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in patent litigation.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Registered patent attorney preferred.
• Technical degree preferred, especially in electrical engineering or computer sciences.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
