Duties

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in transactional trademark, copyright, advertising, marketing, and commercial counseling matters.
- Experience representing consumer products, retail, technology, media, entertainment, or advertising clients preferred.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with marketing, legal, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of the office to which the candidate is applying.
Skills
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Experience with trademark and copyright counseling.
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing law compliance.
- Experience with brand licensing and merchandising matters.
- Familiarity with sponsorship, influencer, and promotional campaigns.
