A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Las Vegas office to join an expanding general liability litigation group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and must be licensed in Nevada. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with lead attorneys across multiple offices and practice areas.

Duties

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all litigation phases, including rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.
• Conduct case evaluations, reporting, discovery, and depositions, culminating in trial presentation.
• Apply strategic thinking to meet client objectives for domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada; no exceptions.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent research and writing skills are essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license.

Skills

• Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.
• General familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is desired.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various practice areas and office locations.
