Duties

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Manage and oversee legal proceedings from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in transportation, product liability, insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, management and professional liability, or general liability.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
• A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
