A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for a courtroom-ready advocate eager to focus on high-impact family law cases without the administrative burdens of solo practice. The attorney will lead cases from intake to final decree, supported by a robust marketing and administrative team.

Duties

• Lead contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
• Provide compassionate, results-driven counsel to clients.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Fearless courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket.
• Highly organized with experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings and discovery.
