Duties
- Manage a caseload focused on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, O-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, Physician NIW, Schedule A, adjustment of status, consular processing, and J-1 physician waivers.
- Advise corporate and individual clients, prepare and review petitions and applications, and handle consular processing matters.
- Respond to RFEs and other USCIS notices, conduct legal research, and maintain regular client communication.
- Supervise support staff and ensure timely management of cases and deadlines.
Requirements
- Active U.S. bar membership.
- 2+ years of immigration law experience, with specific experience in employment-based immigration.
- Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active U.S. bar membership.
Skills
- Strong legal writing, research, and client communication skills.
- Experience with Docketwise or similar case-management software is a plus.
