Duties

• Collaborate with recognized experts and senior counsel to build case strategies.

Requirements

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.



• 1-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably within the healthcare sector.



• Ability to function with minimal guidance in a demanding, fast-paced environment.



• Superior oral and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.

Skills

• Expertise in handling cross-border or multi-jurisdictional healthcare matters is desired.



• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, paralegals, and support staff.



• Ability to accurately articulate critical issues in complex cases.
