Duties

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage discovery and review documents.
• Prepare factual and legal analyses.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with co-counsel and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to investigative work, including interviewing witnesses and compiling evidence.

Requirements

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with discovery management, document review, and courtroom support.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission, or eligibility for admission, to the bar in the District of Columbia.
