Duties

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.
• Analyze complex legal issues and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred.

Education

Certifications
