Duties

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications.
• Manage domestic and foreign patent portfolios.
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, validity, and landscape analyses.
• Provide strategic counseling on intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate with clients across various industries and technologies.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3-5 years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Familiarity with trademark prosecution.

Education

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Certifications

• Registration with the USPTO.
