Requirements

• Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.


• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling medical malpractice cases.


• Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence skills.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active North Carolina Law License.

Benefits
