Duties

• Prepare and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents, including M&A agreements, operating agreements, and supply contracts.



• Represent clients in the negotiation of diverse business transactions, ensuring precise documentation and compliance.



• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters.



• Proven ability to manage complex deals and interact effectively with clients.



• Strong business development experience is preferred.



• Demonstrated detail orientation and a solid work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
