Duties

• Draft Case Management Orders and appear in court.
• Organize and analyze case information; provide reports to carriers.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Draft law and motion documents.
• Meet and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Attend site inspections and take/defend depositions.
• Participate in all phases of trial preparation.
• Opportunity for first and second-chair trial experience.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
