Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on U.S. and international trade laws.

• Assist in due diligence and risk assessments for cross-border transactions.
• Support internal investigations and compliance audits.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update clients on changes.
• Support senior attorneys in developing strategies for complex matters.

Requirements

• Experience in international trade law and regulatory compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
