Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate strategic alliances and restructurings.
• Handle software and systems agreements, outsourcing, and R&D agreements.
• Manage collaboration agreements and licenses, including patent, trademark, and copyright.
• Participate in other commercial agreements as needed.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions.
• Ability to work on a wide range of transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to waive in.
