Duties

• Work on framework commercial agreements and joint venture transactions.
• Serve as the primary associate on project and portfolio acquisitions and related financing support.
• Utilize and adapt commercial structures for various energy projects and buyers.
• Engage in structuring and negotiating energy project offtake transactions.
• Maintain daily direct contact with clients, partners, and counterparty counsel.

Requirements

• 3rd to 7th year associate with a focus on transactional work in the energy sector.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Interest in developing long-term expertise in energy project transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex contracts.
• Ability to work with diverse energy technologies and regulatory requirements.
