Duties

• Represent clients in transactional matters, including wills, estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations, LLCs, non-profit organizations, and intellectual property litigation.
• Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association.
• 2-10 years of experience practicing family law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus.
• Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus.

Education
