Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload and adhere to deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Conduct legal analysis and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations and trials.
• Attend site, scene, and vehicle inspections.
• Assist with all aspects of trial as needed.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation fields.
• Strong legal research, writing skills, and oral advocacy.
• Background in handling personal injury claims and complex litigation.
• Proven negotiation skills for successful case resolutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
