Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with civil litigation and trial practice experience.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Proficiency in legal research, including case law and statutes.
• Effective negotiation skills for mediations and settlements.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Capability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Prior litigation experience, clerkships, or internships preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
