Duties

• Litigate immigration court issues such as 42A, 42B, asylum, and CAT.
• Manage the immigration litigation process as part of the legal team.
• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
• Identify legal issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Draft legal documents and submit to federal offices like USCIS.
• Advocate for clients in legal residency and deportation cases.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality with organizational information.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and public speaking skills.
• Good research skills and techniques.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding and adhering to KPIs and metrics.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or more.

Education

• Active member in good standing of the Bar.
• 5+ years of immigration law experience.
