Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate for its Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of transactional experience to support a dynamic practice group handling complex property matters across the region.

Duties

• Manage and close real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lending matters.
• Negotiate and draft documents for joint ventures, leasing agreements, and construction projects.
• Advise clients on land use, entitlements, and low-income housing tax credit transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas, or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
• Strong background in handling complex property deals and regulatory compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas State Bar membership or eligibility for immediate admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex real estate contracts.
• Experience with development, construction, and entitlement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively with team members.
