A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Alternative Entities to join their team in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience advising on alternative entity matters, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts.

Duties

• Advise clients on fiduciary duties, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity issuances.
• Provide guidance on entity formation, dissolution, and liquidation.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including investors and private and public companies.
• Engage in the firm's broader M&A, emerging markets, and public company practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of law firm experience in alternative entity matters.
• Licensed to practice in Delaware or willing to sit for the Delaware bar within the first year.
• Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Delaware Bar admission or eligibility.
