Duties

• Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
• Engage in industry groups related to real estate, construction, and natural resources.
• Provide exemplary client service and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Some portable book of business and success in client portfolio development.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the local State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.

• Strong legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to work independently and in teams.
