Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, and discovery.


• Represent clients in both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases, managing matters from inception to trial.


• Engage in business development activities to generate new clients and cases while collaborating with senior attorneys.


• Participate in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment, contributing to the growth of the firm's practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specifically in insurance defense or plaintiff-side practice.


• Proven experience taking and defending depositions, along with strong management of motion practice.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.


• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active Bar License in New York (Required).
