Duties

• Independently prepare, draft, and argue substantive motions.
• Take primary responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in hearings and trial calls with autonomy.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required).
• 1-5 years of legal experience, including relevant internships, clerkships, or law school clinics.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
