Duties

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and commercial leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
• Manage due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
• Coordinate closings and manage deal processes with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and lenders.
• Advise clients on risk assessment and deal structuring, balancing legal requirements with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the firm's attorneys on complex matters, taking ownership from the start.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 3-6 years of transactional real estate experience at a reputable firm.
• Experience managing the full life cycle of real estate transactions, ideally in Los Angeles or Southern California.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and prioritization.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to engage directly with clients.
• A collegial style suited to a close-knit team valuing mentorship and shared success.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
