Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Sacramento, CA, to handle complex commercial and employment litigation matters. The role involves supporting senior attorneys in sophisticated cases, including contract disputes and fraud, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents under the guidance of senior attorneys.



• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and trial preparation.



• Assist in the preparation of trial materials and support litigation teams on complex commercial and employment matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial and employment litigation at a large, preferably national, law firm.



• Admission to the State Bar of California is required.



• Proven track record of high-quality work with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Education

• Law degree from a top-tier law school is preferred but not required.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.
